2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by 1st Quality Restoration are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, materials required, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the course of service.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside of the website directly with 1st Quality Restoration.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area at the time of the scheduled appointment. Pets, hazards, and obstructions must be secured or removed prior to the arrival of our team.
